Handicap accessible equipment / Car Hand and Braking controls. Electric Wheelchair

I lost my right leg below the knee in 2019, I lost my right leg above the knee in April of this year. I cannot get around very well at all.
I need a Handicap Accessible Van so that I can get to Dialysis three days a week along with Physical Therapy, and numerous doctors appointments. I am 70 years old, and living on Social Security is a daunting task. I have been working since I was Twelve years old. But Medicare will not help me.
I am asking you for a hand up, not a hand out.
