Registration is due no later than Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 8:00 PM ET. This promotion runs for the regular 2025-2026 NFL season (September 4, 2025 – January 4, 2026) and does not include playoff games.
HOW THE GAME WORKS:
This is a traditional “Football Survivor Pool” style game. The way it works is…
• Each participant chooses ONE team each week they predict will win.
• If that team wins, the participant “survives” that week and continues to play. They get to pick another team the following week that they predict will win.
• Participants can only choose each team one time. Once a team has been chosen by the participant, they can’t choose that team again for the rest of the season.
• The last participant left is the winner and receives the prize.
• If multiple participants tie as the winner, or make it to the end of the regular season, there will be a tie-breaker to determine ONE winner. The first tie-breaker will be the total point differential of all picks by each participant. If there is still a tie, the next tiebreaker will be guessing the point differential of a game the following week – the closest guess will be the winner.
• The winner of this game will receive a check for 50% of the total donations collected for this promotion, with a cap of $5,000 in total winnings.
• The winner of this promotion will be responsible for any and all taxes that may be due.
ENTRY INTO THE GAME:
• Open to US residents, age 18+ only.
• This game is organized to raise funds for the nonprofit Help Hope Live in honor of Rebecca Koltun, a part of the New York Catastrophic Injury Fund. The suggested donation in exchange for entry into this game is $50.00.
• Donations are suggested and very appreciated, but legally we have to make the game open to anyone – no purchase, payment, or donation of any kind is necessary to enter the game or win. A purchase, payment, or donation will not increase the chances of winning.
